After the “great” success of the Smoothie recipe, which you can
find here, I decided to share, this time, an easy ice tea recipe, the best summer
cold drink for the “tough” days of the August.

Ingredients (5 serves)

1Lt boiled water
·
4 black tea bags
·
100gr. Sugar
·
Slices of lemon, peach or
whatever else you like.
Method
Add the black tea and the fruit slices to
the boiled water and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add the sugar and mix well.
Let it chill in the fridge overnight, remove the fruits, add some ice and enjoy
your ice tea!
Tip! For a more spicy taste while boiling the water add a
few ginger slices!!!
